Shelley is registered with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (R.R.C.O. # 10-013). She is a member of Grand River Reflexology Associates and the Canadian Reiki Association. Reflexology and Reiki are known to provide deep relaxation, stress reduction, energy balance and healing assistance. Both therapies are beneficial for a wide range of health concerns and are an effective complement to medical treatments.
