Shelley is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association and is registered with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (R.R.C.O. # 10-013). She is also a member of Grand River Reflexology Associates. Reflexology and Reiki are known to provide deep relaxation, stress reduction, energy balance and healing assistance. Both therapies are beneficial for a wide range of health concerns and are an effective complement to medical treatments.
